The room was clean and there were plenty of amenities and extras like sunscreen, beach towels and umbrellas that were provided. The property itself is so charming and authentic and the kitties roaming around the guesthouse common areas are just the cherry on top. I loved my stay here!

This was a very disappointing stay. The apartment was dirty, dusty, and hot. The temperature stayed around 77–78°F all night, yet the only bedding provided was thick comforters, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I simply asked for thin bed sheets, the host became argumentative instead of trying to help. They kept saying they were a private owner, as if that somehow excused poor customer service or making guests uncomfortable. It wasn’t until I contacted Expedia that the host responded by providing what I initially asked for. I didn’t want to spend my vacation dealing with unnecessary conflict, so we checked out after the first night instead of staying for the remaining five nights of our six-night reservation. I would not stay here again.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The hotel it's self was clean and nice. Some things we had problems with were parking, Beach Access and noises. It's listed as vallet parking available on expedia and that was not actually the case for us. We are assuming that because of the world cup it was not available because the main road was closed. So we had to park in community parking areas and walk to our hotel with all of our luggage. We choose this hotel because we didn't want to have to deal with parking but that's not what happened. We were not made aware of this until the day of. Beach Access was also a little misleading, the hotel is not on the beach. The beach is across the street which is fine but the hotel gives you two chairs. You would assume it would be right in front of the hotel but it's not. So there are a lot of chair services on the beach because it's all public. We were under the impression it was a private part of the beach nope! So the chair service that this hotel uses is a block down. So you have to talk to the right chairs to get the two free ones. The umbrella is 25 dollars. The chairs and umbrella were old and had holes in them and were dirty. The last thing was noise. The walls are paper thin we could hear our neighbors doing everything!! Not only that but on Thursday at midnight they had people working on the roof! Banging, hammering construction at midnight!! We had to complain multiple times and we're told they are almost done! IDK if we would stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Great location.
